Systemic Counseling and Therapy
Throughout our lives, we experience a variety of turning points, disruptions, and crises. There are many things we cannot control or influence. Often, we find ourselves stuck, going in circles around the same issue.
Change can begin with a conversation – As a systemic counselor and therapist, I am committed to providing a safe space sensitive to discrimination for addressing both small and significant life questions.
In systemic counseling and therapy, the focus is always on the client’s concerns, the strengthening or (re-)activation of existing resources, and problem solving.

Target Group and Focus
Individuals seeking support are accompanied through a professional coaching process in one-on-one sessions, addressing various areas and phases of life. The target group includes people facing personal, social, or professional challenges.
This may involve dealing with stress, social isolation, career changes, family conflicts, and/or mental health issues.
Systemic counseling and therapy aims to offer a holistic space for reflection – to better understand personal experiences and emotions and to provide new impulses. Growing through crises, even when things initially seem hopeless, is a process that takes time, patience, and often support.
